The cushions had a few frayed bits, a minor scratch was found on the glass table. The product also did not come with assembly instructions. We inquired to receive a pdf copy but were informed they would only send instructions physically within 72 hours. Never heard back. We bought a separate item and similar dilemma. Likely will get the remainder of our garden furniture elsewhere.

This set is excellent value for money. It looks gorgeous, looks so much more expensive than the cost of it, and it’s very comfortable. We also bought complimentary items of the conversation set and the dining set, which look great together. We’re so pleased. We’ve had so many compliments from friends and family.
